Poppy Seed Chicken

Poppyseed Chicken

3 cups chicken(shredded)

8 oz sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 tbsp poppy seed (optional)

Crushed Ritz crackers

1/3 cup melted butter

Mix 1st 4 ingredients together and spread in a pan. Mix crackers and butter and sprinkle on top of chicken mix. Bake at 350 for 20 min


I boil my chicken in the crock pot and I have never put poppy seeds in this recipe, I have them but it tastes just as good without them.
