Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti...

Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

8 oz spaghetti (cooked)

4 chicken breasts (cooked)

1 can rotel (drained)

1 lb velveeta cheese block

1 can cream of chicken

Mix first 3 ingredients & put in pan, place slices of velveeta on top, cook on 400 for 25 min.


Sometimes I make this without the cream of chicken, either way it still tastes good. Again, I just boil my chicken in the crockpot. I guess you could pick a different cheese if you don't like velveeta, but really who doesn't like velveeta...:)

  1. i'm gonna try this tonight. does it have enough liquid in it if you leave out the soup? do you use another can of rotel or something?
