2 pounds beef, browned
1 large onion(I don't use this)
1 can rotel
2 cans mexican style tomatoes
2 cans ranch style beans
1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
2 cups water
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
brown meat, add all except cheese and sour cream. Let the crockpot do the rest!
