Apples N Cream

Apples N' Cream By Laura Caplena

1 pkg. yellow cake mix

1/2 C coconut

1/2 C soft butter

20 oz. can Apple Pie Filling

Heat oven to 350. In large bowl combine cake mix, coconut, butter, blend until crumbly. Press in bottom & up sides 1/2" of a 13X9 pan. Spread apple pie filling over crust.

Shake together & sprinkle on top of apple pie filling.

1/2 C sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Blend until smooth with a wisk.

1 C sour cream

1 egg

Spoon over the cinnamon & sugar.

Bake 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Refrigerate leftovers.
