Taco Lasagna

Ingredients:
-1lb ground beef(or turkey)
-1/2 cup green chilies
-1/2 cup onion chopped(I don't use this)
-2/3 cup water
-6 flour tortillas(or 12 small ones)
-3 cups shredded mexican blend cheese(I use 2%)
-1pkg taco seasoning(I used the chipotle kind)
-1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
-1 can rotel, undrained
-1 can refried beans(i use fat free)

Directions:
-Ground meat in large skillet & add green chilies & onion. Cooke over medium heat until meat is cooked. Drain, add water & taco seasoning, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 2 minutes. Stir in black beans & rotel. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Place 2(or 4) tortillas in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Spread 1/2 of refried beans & 1/2 of meat mixture on tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas & cheese. Cover & bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until heated through.(I don't cover mine and it turns out just fine.
