Enchilada Casserole

Enchilada Casserole

Brown meat and add taco seasoning

1 package of flour tortillas (8 to 10/ pound of meat)

Put meat in tortillas and roll up like burritos

1 large carton sour cream

1 can rotel

1 can cream of chicken soup

mix- pour over burritos

top w/ shredded cheese

bake until chesses is melted (350 for 20 min)


I generally use ground turkey but you can use ground beef as well, I use whole wheat tortillas and I use Taco Bell Chipotle Taco seasoning.
